Child safety at home does not only means that you have a few safety gadgets. It is a culture at home with a set of rules that promote safety and reduce the chance of injury and life risks. Children are a precious thing as compared to any treasure in the world. When we are not with the kid or we are far from our child we feel stressed because we don’t know what is the situation which our kids are facing. Is he safe at home or not? There are a lot of things that may happen to our kids in our absence. As children reach the next stage of their life they face new challenges regarding the safety of kids. As a kids safety researcher, I would like to share the child safety tips which are very much helpful for the safety of kids at home or outdoor.


Child Safety Measures:



  • Make sure that your child knows the contact number of you
  • Teach your kids that do not to trust any stranger
  • Restrain kids to play on the Road
  • Teach your child not to share personal information with others
  • Never accept eatables from the strangers
  • Do not touch the electric wires
  • Do not open the car doors when your car is on the move
  • Teach your kids not to sit in the lap of others
  • Teach them to never play in the kitchen area
  • Always have the first aid kit at home
  • Observe your child while using the mobile phones
  • Make your child confident to discuss the things



Parents Responsibility


Parent responsibility towards their kids is very much important. Parents are directly responsible for the protection of their kids. Parents must be fully aware of the activities of their kids and judge every change in the behavior of their children. A keen observation may protect their child from the life risks and many other damages.

 A very big misconception is that fruits do contain natural sugars so the diabetic patient cannot eat fruits. It just means you need to make a better choice to eat and how much you can eat. It does not mean that you can avoid fruits just because you are a diabetic patient.

Fruits can also raise the level of blood sugar, like many other foods.A1C can elevate when your frequent blood sugar spikes, so, we need to measure how your blood sugar is on average. According to the American Diabetes Association that any fruit is suitable for a person with diabetes, a higher intake of fruits is significantly associated with a low risk of diabetes, but not all fruits are healthy. Fresh and Frozen fruits or fruits are much better than fruits that are processed straight from a can or a jar, such as canned fruits and applesauce, etc. Because canned fruits as such fruits packed in a jar may contain added sugar. And added sugar can cause spikes in blood sugar.

Cream chaat




Ingredients:

Apples.            1/2 kg
Bananas.                 6
Pomegranate.         1
     Cream.         1 pack   
Everyday milk.     Half cup
Grinded Sugar.      



For garnishing :
Amones four ( cut vertically)
Chocolate chunks 


Method :
  • Cut fruits according to the size you like 
  • Mix cream +sugar+   milk ,mix well with fruits in a bowl 
  • Add chcoclate chunks and almonds on the top

Potato kabab



Ingredients :

Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
Onions (finely chopped ) 2 medium
Green chilli (chopped) 2-3
Eggs. 2
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Garam masala. 1 tea spoon


Method :
  • Mash potatoes
  • Add salt +onions+red chilli powder +salt +garam masala+chopped green chilli, mix well
  • Make round kabab
  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Dip each kabab in egg and add into the pan
  • Cook until brown
  • Serve with ketchup  

Chiken White Handi




Ingredients :

Chiken              half kg
Olpers milk cream.          1 packet 
Oil.          Half cup
Ginger garlic paste.      1 tbs 
Onion.          1( medium sized )
White pepper.        1 tea spoon
Black pepper.     Half tea spoon
Zeera.            Half tea spoon 
Salt.       To taste 
Yougurt.    1 cup




Method :
  • Add oil in the pan 
  • Add onion ,cook untill brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste ,cook for 5 minutes 
  • Add chiken +salt  +black pepper+ white pepper,zeera ,mix well and cook untill meat get tender  .
  • Add yougurt ,mix well and stir frequently 
  • Now chiken is tender enough,add cream and mix well ,cook for five minutes 
  • Garnish with green chilli .
