Dawn Ends The Darkest Night

Introduction

I wrote this novel because I felt need of explaining the side of traumatized people. How they feel especially in the relationships with people around them. What lacks and what they need to learn. And of course what special they have in their personalities.

In the shadow of towering mountains and ancient trees, the mansion in British Columbia looms, a remnant of both opulence and pain. For Kelly, it becomes a refuge from a past marred by trauma and loss. Abandoned by the mother she adored and haunted by the memory of her father’s cruelty, she grapples with a storm of emotions as she navigates the remnants of her shattered childhood.

When her father remarried a woman her age, Kelly’s world fractured further. Determined to escape the oppressive weight of her past, she retreats to her mother’s childhood home, a place filled with echoes of laughter and secrets. It is there that she meets Adam, a man whose charm is matched only by his emotional depth. As she learns that he is the son of her mother’s closest friend, Amma—her mentor and guiding light—Kelly begins to unravel the threads of her own story.

I hope you enjoy this novel and come to read every episode.

In this journey of healing and self-discovery, Kelly must confront the ghosts of her past and forge a new identity. As she grapples with her mother’s legacy, her father’s betrayal, and her own heartache, she discovers that love and resilience can bloom even in the darkest of places. Through the lens of trauma, hope flickers like a candle, guiding her toward a future where she can reclaim her voice and rewrite her narrative.
