Bhindi half kg
Onion. 5-6
Tomatoes. 3 medium
Whole Green chilli. 4
Chaat masala. Half the
Red chilli.
Salt. To taste
Termeric powder. 1/4 tbs
Method:
Wash the bhindi and let it dry .
Cut in medium pieces.
Heat the oil and add bhindi
Fry till sticky substance disappears.
Take the vegetable out of the oil and add onions to the same oil.
Cook for five minutes.
Add tomatoes ,green chilli,and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Now add all the spices and cook untill oil separates.
Now add bhindi and cook untill vegetable is cooked.
Serve with roti.
