Ingredients
Flour. 1 cup
Oats 2 cups
Tuk malinga 1 tbs
Flax seed. 1 tbs
Carom seeds 1 tea spoon
Method:
Soak tuk malinga in a cup of water for 20 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and make a dough with tuk malinga water. Make CD sized chapati /roti .

This roti is quite filling and helps suppress your appetite for a long time. Flour present in it has carbs and other nutrients. Oats having protein and great amount of fiber are very filling. Flax seed have a good amount of peotien as well
