Cream chaat




Ingredients:

Apples.            1/2 kg
Bananas.                 6
Pomegranate.         1
     Cream.         1 pack   
Everyday milk.     Half cup
Grinded Sugar.      



For garnishing :
Amones four ( cut vertically)
Chocolate chunks 


Method :
  • Cut fruits according to the size you like 
  • Mix cream +sugar+   milk ,mix well with fruits in a bowl 
  • Add chcoclate chunks and almonds on the top

Potato kabab



Ingredients :

Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
Onions (finely chopped ) 2 medium
Green chilli (chopped) 2-3
Eggs. 2
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Garam masala. 1 tea spoon


Method :
  • Mash potatoes
  • Add salt +onions+red chilli powder +salt +garam masala+chopped green chilli, mix well
  • Make round kabab
  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Dip each kabab in egg and add into the pan
  • Cook until brown
  • Serve with ketchup  

Chiken White Handi




Ingredients :

Chiken              half kg
Olpers milk cream.          1 packet 
Oil.          Half cup
Ginger garlic paste.      1 tbs 
Onion.          1( medium sized )
White pepper.        1 tea spoon
Black pepper.     Half tea spoon
Zeera.            Half tea spoon 
Salt.       To taste 
Yougurt.    1 cup




Method :
  • Add oil in the pan 
  • Add onion ,cook untill brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste ,cook for 5 minutes 
  • Add chiken +salt  +black pepper+ white pepper,zeera ,mix well and cook untill meat get tender  .
  • Add yougurt ,mix well and stir frequently 
  • Now chiken is tender enough,add cream and mix well ,cook for five minutes 
  • Garnish with green chilli .

Chiken contains dietary collagen. Chiken Beck and bones are good source of vitamin C.

Egg whites contain a amino acids called "proline " that act as building blocks of collagen protein.




Grape fruit
It is also full of vitamin C . It contains 64% of vitamin C as a consituent. So not only skin firmness ,it also is good for healing and immune system.

Get Radiant Skin During Dieting.


Whenever we diet ,there is always a challenge for us to not lose shine and sheen of our skin.
Whenever we are on diet .we are focusing on trying to get fit in those outfits that no more fit on our bodies being overweight. But focusing in losing weight distracts us from our skin care that is getting dull day by day. I have found following practices that can help us lose weight and get glowing skin as well.

Add juices to your diet plans.

I personally like to add juices to my diet so I don't lose my radiant skin. I add at least 2 juices per day . I prefer adding vegetable juices. Adding vegetable juice not only keep us fill hit also help us that glow .

Add more Plane water

Drinking adequate amount of water will help us losing weight and hydrating body.Our body is composed of 60%water.
The reason why body has so much water is very reaction of the body takes place in aquous media.
It is also important because water provedes an environment in which water soluble food stuff is absorbed. Water is also used by the body to eliminate it's harmfull substances in the form of urine.it is also important to maintain body temperature.
 
How much water is required?
Recommended water intake is 3000 ml for male and 2200ml for female. Also it varies in accordance with the seasons,in  summer hot days ,one need more water than in the winter. Active people need more amount of water as compared to those who has less physical activity

What time is best?
In the morning ,it's best to consume water at empty stomach as it helps to eliminate that toxins present in the stomach.
Consuming 2-3 glasses of water after waking up is so much beneficial. You can get tea or coffee after that.it not only allows your body to hydrate but also reduces acidty of stomach.

Adding fruits  and vegetables which are 89-90% water not only yep lose weight but also provide adequate amount of water. Fruits such as

Adding weight loss drinks can be so helpful because it will result in  extra consumption of water. These drinks will also provide nlsome nutrients to the body. Try adding tueric tea which is one of my favuourites.

Weight Loss Roti


Ingredients 
Flour.     1 cup
Oats        2 cups 
Tuk malinga  1 tbs
Flax seed.    1 tbs
Carom seeds 1 tea spoon

Method:
Soak tuk malinga in a cup of water for 20 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and make a dough with tuk malinga water. Make CD sized chapati /roti .

Benefits:
This roti is quite filling and helps suppress your appetite for a long time. Flour present in it has carbs and other nutrients. Oats having protein and great amount of fiber are very filling. Flax seed have a good amount of peotien as well
