Natural collagen boosters



Skin has three layers

Epidermis

Dermis

Endodermis

Epidermis is the upper layer of skin that we and want to make it as clear as crystal and more radiant.
Dermis is second layer,which is strengthened by the presence of collagen.

Collagen is a type of protein that act like a glue to the tissues of skin so the epidermis remains firmly attached to the deeper layers of skin. This gives skin firmnes and tightness.


During aging process,which is natural and inevitable to occur, we lose 1 % of collagen every year. If  we supplement skin with lost collagen,skin aging can be allowed down.

No only aging but some other external factors can also play important role in destroying layer of collagen . Sun light can damage that layer .

There are many products out there for stimulating collagen production. We will discuss food sources that can help build up collagen.

Garlic 

Garlic containing high amount of sulpher  that can boost collagen production

Beans 

Reason why beans are helpful in gaining callagen us they contain largw amount of protein . This protein can be used to build collagen.



Bell paper 

Bell paper are also rich in vitamin C that is essential for collagen production.


Tomatoes

Tomatoes contain vitmamin C are also good for collagen production. 13.7 my of vitamin C is obtained from 100 grams of tomatoes.

Berreis are delicious healthy food that contain high amount of antioxidants and vitamin C.





Chiken


Chiken contains dietary collagen. Chiken Beck and bones are good source of vitamin C.
 



Egg whites

Egg whites contain a amino acids called "proline " that act as building blocks of collagen protein.




Grape fruit
It is also full of vitamin C . It contains 64% of vitamin C as a consituent. So not only skin firmness ,it also is good for healing and immune system.

Get Radiant Skin During Dieting.


Whenever we diet ,there is always a challenge for us to not lose shine and sheen of our skin.
Whenever we are on diet .we are focusing on trying to get fit in those outfits that no more fit on our bodies being overweight. But focusing in losing weight distracts us from our skin care that is getting dull day by day. I have found following practices that can help us lose weight and get glowing skin as well.

Add juices to your diet plans.

I personally like to add juices to my diet so I don't lose my radiant skin. I add at least 2 juices per day . I prefer adding vegetable juices. Adding vegetable juice not only keep us fill hit also help us that glow .

Add more Plane water

Drinking adequate amount of water will help us losing weight and hydrating body.Our body is composed of 60%water.
The reason why body has so much water is very reaction of the body takes place in aquous media.
It is also important because water provedes an environment in which water soluble food stuff is absorbed. Water is also used by the body to eliminate it's harmfull substances in the form of urine.it is also important to maintain body temperature.
 
How much water is required?
Recommended water intake is 3000 ml for male and 2200ml for female. Also it varies in accordance with the seasons,in  summer hot days ,one need more water than in the winter. Active people need more amount of water as compared to those who has less physical activity

What time is best?
In the morning ,it's best to consume water at empty stomach as it helps to eliminate that toxins present in the stomach.
Consuming 2-3 glasses of water after waking up is so much beneficial. You can get tea or coffee after that.it not only allows your body to hydrate but also reduces acidty of stomach.

Add fruits containing more water contents

Adding fruits  and vegetables which are 89-90% water not only yep lose weight but also provide adequate amount of water. Fruits such as

Adding weight loss drinks can be so helpful because it will result in  extra consumption of water. These drinks will also provide nlsome nutrients to the body. Try adding tueric tea which is one of my favuourites. 





Apply mouisturizers 

Apply mouisturizers twice a day can be helpful getting that tightness and glow back.  Thse will help your skin hydrate and keep it tight . Go for natural mosituruzera such as aloe vera based moisturizers.

Weight Loss Roti


Ingredients 
Flour.     1 cup
Oats        2 cups 
Tuk malinga  1 tbs
Flax seed.    1 tbs
Carom seeds 1 tea spoon

Method:
Soak tuk malinga in a cup of water for 20 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and make a dough with tuk malinga water. Make CD sized chapati /roti .

Benefits:
This roti is quite filling and helps suppress your appetite for a long time. Flour present in it has carbs and other nutrients. Oats having protein and great amount of fiber are very filling. Flax seed have a good amount of peotien as well

Healthy Weight Loss Juice




One beet root
Two tomatoes
Two carrots
7-8 spinach leaves

Method '
Cut the ingredients into appropriate size, put I the juicer,collect the juice in a jar.


Benefits:
This jiuice will not only help you in weight loss but also give you a lot of nutrients because of it's ingredients . Spinach is a good source of iron,tomatoes containing calcium ,carrots contain a big amount of vitamin A,lemon (or orange ) will give you vitamin C . All these ingredients makes it really helpful to get a glowing radiant skin . So be healthy and beautiful and drink this juice at least thrice a week.

In today's modern world ,human skin has a constant exposure to injurious chemicals that can I crease chances of cancer. However ,good news is that polyphenols are found to be miraculously fighting against such carcinogens.

After boiling allow to cool down.
Now apply this tea to your skin. You can also use spray bottle and spray it on your face .
Let it dry and then rinse.

Green tea is also helpful to rejuvenate dead skin cells . It increases akin repairing activity and make skin look healthier.


Skin redness and irritation.
Polyohenols are also helpful for irritation and redness of skin because they contain anti-inflammatory properties .

Bhindi recipe



Tasty bhindi recipe
Bhindi half kg
Onion. 5-6
Tomatoes. 3 medium
Whole Green chilli. 4
Chaat masala.      Half the
Red chilli.              
Salt.                 To taste
Termeric powder.       1/4 tbs



Method:
Wash the bhindi and let it dry . 
Cut in medium pieces.
Heat the oil and add bhindi 
Fry till sticky substance disappears.
Take the vegetable out of the oil and add onions to the same oil.
Cook for five minutes.
Add tomatoes ,green chilli,and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Now add all the spices and cook untill oil separates.
Now add bhindi and cook untill vegetable is cooked.
Serve with roti.

Turmeric Tea For Fast Weight loss



Turmeric one tbs
Ginger one tbs
Black pepper one tea spoon
Cinamin Two sticks

Method:
Take one litre water in the pan.
Add all the ingredients into the pan and boil.
After boiling ,turn off the stove,and consume this tea when hot.
Consume one cup at a time.
Finish this tea at different intervals in the day.
This tea is greatly helpful in reducing weight.
